Is my JIRA integration bi-directional?

The integration of JIRA between the NVADR application and the JIRA board is intended to synchronise comments added to issues in both directions. Thus, any comments added to an issue within either NVADR or the JIRA board will be synchronized and viewable in both locations.

It is essential to bear in mind that alterations made to issues, such as modifications in status or priority, are only synchronised unidirectionally from the NVADR to the JIRA board. Consequently, changes made to an issue's status or priority in your JIRA board will not be automatically synchronised back to the NVADR.
